Ta Dah....here it is...with much fanfare and appreciation for the great carpenter and his masterpiece...

...the finished plate rack....

It was painted white and accessorized with black and white.

Look at those trimmed out corners!

One project down......1,444,000 more to go!
Have a blessed and wonderful day!

How lovely! You've given me an idea for that annoyingly bare wall in my kitchen that is right next to the doorway and, therefore, nothing can protrude from. Beautiful job!

Wow, sugar, your master carpenter did very well indeed!! Those corners are professionally done. Wish Love Bunny could do as well, but he does fine enough for this ol' lady. Great job, chick....

this is such an awesome idea! And I'm fairly sure even I could do it, if only I had a wall for it. The one wall I could use in my kitchen had a light switch, outlet, and alarm system box on it. :(

It's perfect - you are so blessed to have a skilled husband on hand to help you with your projects! The two of you are so gifted with talents - what a blessing! My sweet husband is differently skilled - he'll find your long lost ancestors and connect you will all your living cousins in this big little world, but he hasn't got a knack for carpentry! Maybe someday we'll just start small and learn as we go! I'll keep you picture for inspiration because I too have just the spot ...

It turned out so nicely! A great spot to display your plates.
